The TP9 traces its lineage back to the MP9 platform, a compact system developed for units operating in tight environments where maneuverability mattered more than size.

B&T carried that architecture forward into the civilian market while maintaining the same compact footprint and distinctive layout that made the design so recognizable. The result is a remarkably small 9mm platform that still delivers excellent balance and controllability.

In pistol configuration, the TP9 is about as compact as the platform gets. The lightweight receiver and 5.1 inch barrel keep the firearm quick to handle while maintaining the smooth operation the system is known for.

Controls are fully ambidextrous and the tri lug muzzle interface allows fast attachment of compatible suppressors.
