Obsidian Ordnance strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the regulated nature of firearms and certain firearm components, the following return policies apply.

Firearms Sales

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred by the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

Firearms that have been transferred to the purchaser cannot be returned to Obsidian Ordnance.

Inspection Before Transfer

Customers must inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL dealer before completing the transfer.

If the firearm appears damaged or incorrect, the transfer should not be completed and the dealer should contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved.

Once the transfer has been completed, the firearm is considered accepted by the purchaser.

Manufacturer Warranty

Any warranty repairs or service after transfer must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Background Check Denials

If a purchaser fails the background check required by the receiving FFL dealer, the firearm will be returned to Obsidian Ordnance.

Shipping and any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund.
